ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S STOCK STANDARD SWITCHCRAFT® ALUMINUM PANELS (#MP-200 and #PSW-100 Series Panels)
The machined Switchcraft® cutouts use the popular mounting pattern of the Switchcraft® “D” series connectors and are made with a precise, CNC cutout that mates perfectly with the connectors. Switchcraft® Pocket Panels (#MP-200, #MP-201, #PSW-102, #PSW-103, #PSW-104, #PSW-105, and #PSW-106) are created from high strength aluminum alloy (6061-T6) that is .062” thick. Each standard Switchcraft® Panel is finished with electro-static applied, oven-cured black semi-gloss powder coat. Engraving the Switchcraft® Panel is fast and easily accomplished on a separate dedicated CNC engraving machine. The finished Switchcraft® Panels show bright aluminum in the engraved characters and need not be back filled.
ACE Switchcraft® Panels are flat, strong, and rigid. Because the panels are machined and not punched they stay flat and undistorted unlike punched panels which distort in the punching process. All ACE Switchcraft® Panels will mount separately or in combination in all ACE Stage Pockets. Using the Switchcraft® System Panels it is possible to mount various combinations of Switchcraft® Connectors without a single custom punch. By implementing the #C-20100 Series of connectors, ACE can create a custom Switchcraft® Panel that will work in most any installation application. Switchcraft® Connectors are loaded into panels using black, aluminum pop rivets. You may also choose to have your connectors loaded with removable machine screws and locking nuts.

Switchcraft® Connectors may also be mounted on custom panels utilizing our Custom Panel Fabrication and Engraving Services. DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: ACE Switchcraft® System Panels are machined from tough 1/16" thick Aluminum Alloy (6061-T6) on a dedicated CNC routing machine. Stock Panels are flat, strong, and rigid like typical thinner mild steel panels. As a consequence of the panels being machined and not punched they remain flat and undistorted unlike punched panels which distort in the punching process.
COMPACT CONNECTOR CAPACITY: One (1) #MP-202 Switchcraft® Mini Pocket Panel will mount up to 2 Switchcraft® "D" Series Connectors.
EASY INSTALLATION: Standard Switchcraft® Mini Pocket Panels mount with (2) (or (4) if purchased with the Mini Pocket) self-tapping screws . Each Pocket Panel is CNC machined to precisely mate with the designated connectors and in the pocket mounting holes.

CUSTOM ENGRAVING: Most Mini Pocket Panels provide header space for custom engraving which is fast and easily accomplished on a separate dedicated CNC engraving machine. The finished panels show bright aluminum in the engraved characters and need not be back filled.
