#PCU-120 SERIES ALUMI-LAM PANELS
Made to order custom blank #PCU-120 Series Stage Pocket Panels are created from a composite aluminum and thermo-plastic panel (ALUMI-LAM) material which offers unique electrical and mechanical options and exceptional economy with easy one step engraving. The material is 1/8” thick with two .010” aluminum skins that sandwich a tough thermoplastic core. Prefinished with polyester paint, white on one side and black on the other. Choose standard connector layout positions or specify custom layouts of any combination of connectors with engraved labels. Custom Panel Engraving Equipment is a precision computer controlled CNC router and engraver which will produce work on various metals (up to 1/4” thick aluminum) and all types of materials including Acrylic, Alumi-Lam, Aluminum, and Plastic Laminates up to 24”W x 36”L. The input source for our engraving machine is a PC CAD system. Because the panels are machined and not punched they stay flat and undistorted unlike punched panels which distort in the punching process. PCU-120 Series Stage Pocket Panels will mount separately or in combination in Ace Full, Double Wide, Super, and Super Double Wide Stage Pockets.
